Jamun Ice Cream Softy

This is a Recipe for making at home soft and fluffy Ice-Cream Parlour Style Black Plump Ice Cream (Jamun Ice Cream-Softy).

This is a tasty Black Plum flavored Ice Cream, using fresh Jamun as the main ingredient, which can easily be prepared at home by following this simple to implement Ice Cream Recipe.

Jamun Ice Cream Softy Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Refrigeration: 10 Hours
Serves: 6 Persons

For Basic Ice Cream
2 Cups Milk
5-6 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Table spoon Milk powder
1 ½ Table spoon GSM Powder
1 ½ Table spoon Corn flour
1/8 Spoon Stabilizer Powder

For the Flavor
8-10 Black Plump
2 Table spoon Cream

Black Plump Ice Cream (Jamun Ice Cream-Softy)

First of all prepare Basic Ice Cream. In a Vessel keep the Milk for boiling. In a another  Vessel mix one cup of Milk, Milk powder, Sugar, GSM powder, Corn flour, and Stabilizer powder. And then add to the boiling Milk. Mix it well and boil for 2-3 minutes on a slow flame. Then keep the mixture for cooling in the Deep freezer for 8 hours.

Remove seeds from Black Plump and cut in small pieces and then cook for a minute in the Microwave. When the Black Plump mixture cools grind it.

In a Juice Jar add Basic Ice Cream, Cream and Black Plump and blend with a blender for 5-7 minutes. And then again keep it in the deep freezer for 2 hours. Now the Softy Ice Cream is ready.
