Recipe for Cauliflower pickle

This is a Recipe for Cauliflower pickle. A rare; but tasty Picklerecipe.

¼ Kg Cauliflower (soak in to Salt water for 5-10 minutes)
2 Tea spoon Methi [fenugreek seeds]
2 Tea spoon Rai
1 Tea spoon Turmeric
2 Tea spoon Red chili powder
1 Tea spoon Hing
¼ Cup Oil
Salt to taste

First wash the cauliflower and then cut in to medium size pieces. Then fry the methi in the oil, grind the rai to make a coarse powder.
Heat the oil and then add methi, rai, turmeric, red chili powder, hing and salt. Mix it well. After that add the cauliflower pieces and mix it well and then fill it in a glass jar.
After that add lemon juice and mix it well. Keep it for 24 hours. The cauliflower pickle is ready to eat.
