Recipe for Sindhi Potato Bhaji

This is a Recipe for preparing tasty Sindhi Style Aloo Sabzi { Potato Bhaji } prepared in the authentic and traditional Sindhi style of cooking.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

½ Kg Potatoes
¼ Cup Ghee
2 Big Size Onion (cut it into fine pieces)
2 Cups Curd
2 Tea spoon Ginger Garlic paste
½ Tea Spoon Red Chili powder
½ Tea spoon Turmeric
½ Tea spoon Garam Masala
Salt to taste
¼ Tea spoon Hing
½ Cup Coconut Milk

First peal the potatoes and then cut into small pieces. Heat the ghee then add hing and onion and fry till colour changes into dark brown. Then add the ginger and garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and curd. Mix it well. After it is cooked add the coconut milk and garam masala and cook for 5 minutes on a slow sim. The Sindhi Potato Bhaji is ready.
