This is a Recipe for Orange Burfi (Santryachi Burfi) prepared in the authentic Maharashtrian style of cooking. Can be a part of the Diwali Faral Sweets.

Ingredients
2 Cup Coconut (grated)
1 Cup Orange (segments mashed)
¾ Cup Sugar
1 Drop Orange Color
2 Drops Orange Emulsion
Dry Fruits for garnishing

Preparation
Mix the Coconut, Orange, Sugar, Milk and then cook until it become a thick mixture. Add Orange Emulsion, Orange color and one tablespoon grounded Sugar and mix it well.

Apply one teaspoon Ghee over the stainless steel plate and then pour the mixture over the plate. Garnish with dry fruits and then cut into diamond shapes.
