Recipe for Arbi Chaat

This is a Recipe for preparing Arbi [Cola Cassia] Chaat. This Chaat recipe makes use of Arvi to give a different flavor to the Chaat.

200 Grams Arbi
1 Banana
1 Sweet Potato
Tamarind Sauce
½ Cup Tamarind Powder
½ Cup Jaggery
Few dates (stoned)
½ Cup water
1 Tea spoon Chaatmasala

Boil Arvi, Sweet Potato, chop in small cube pieces, and boil the ingredients for sauce for 5-10 minutes cool. Mash and pour over the Arvi, Potato and Banana. Decorate with crushed Potato wafers.
