Recipe for Palak Idlis

This is a Recipe for preparing Palak Idlis. This Idli Recipe with the flavor of Palak [Spinach] makes a tasty snack.

Palak Idlis Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 24 Idli

1 Bunch Palak
250 Gram Semolina
½ Cup Paneer crumbled
2 Tea spoon Oil
2 Tea spoon Green Chili paste
1 Tea spoon Grated Coconut
½ Tea spoon Soda bicarb
A little Curd
Salt to taste

Soak semolina in curd for an hour. Chop spinach finely. Add soda bicarb and Salt. Mix well. Drain the excess water. Mix spinach, semolina and green chili paste. Add Salt and oil. Beat thoroughly. Grease Idli mould and put spoonful of the mixture in it. Steam till done. Serve Idlis on a bed of crumbled paneer.
