Recipe for Chicken Kathi Kabab

This is a step by step Recipe for Chicken Kathi Kabab.This is a most popular and in demand Kebab recipe. This dish is a coveted cocktail snack which is also served on the main course during parties.

1 Kg Flour (Maida)
2 Eggs
100 ml Milk
10 gram Salt
10 Gram Sugar

For the Fillings
1 Egg per serving
2 Chickens (750 gram each)
300 Gram Oil
500 Gram Onions
10 Gram Chat Masala
20 Gram, Ginger
20 Gram Green Chilies
100 Gram Tomatoes

Mix Maida with Eggs, Sugar, Salt, Milk and water. Knead to fairly thick dough. Make a thin chapatti. Half roast on Tava and keep warm.
Boil the chicken till tender. Discard the bones and shred the chicken. Grate the Onions and chop the Ginger and Tomatoes. Add chat masala and Salt. Add Chicken and mix well. Now beat an Egg. Pour over one half roasted chapatti and roast till Egg is set. Put a little filling in centre of Chapatti. Roll and secure with toothpicks.
Serve hot with mint Chutney .
