Crisp and crunchy Recipe for Fish Pakora

This is a mouthwatering Fish Recipe for preparing at home Restaurant Style Machli Ke Pakode. These crisp, spicy and delicious Fish Pakora can be served as a cocktail snack or along with the main course; a great party dish.

2 Pomfrets
½ kg Potatoes boiled
¼ kg Onions [minced]
1 Egg
100 grams Cracker biscuits
100 Grams Peanuts
½ Tea spoon Turmeric powder
Salt and Chili powder to taste
Cornflakes for coating
Oil for frying
1 Table spoon Ginger-Garlic paste

Boil Fish in Salt. Flake and remove bones. Mash the boiled Potatoes, fry Onions, Ginger-Garlic paste and fish. Add Garam Masala, Chili powder, mashed Potatoes and mix well. Remove from fire. Now add chopped peanuts and crushed biscuits. From into any shape you want.
Deep fry.
