Recipe for Potato Chutney

This is a recipe for preparing Potato Chutney. This is an uncommon Chutney recipe, which is called Uble Aloo Ki Chutney in Hindi and Ukadlelya Batatyachi Chutney in Marathi, makes the use of potatoes; this Chutney can also be used in Sandwiches.

Potato Chutney Preparation Time: 20 MInutes
Serves: 2 Persons

2 Boiled Potatoes
¼ Teaspoon Pepper
Salt as per tastes
A little Lime Juice and Chili Powder

The preparation is really simple all you have to do it to mash the Potatoes and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
