This is a recipe for preparing Lal or Red Chutney; as the name indicates it is red in color because of the Lal Mirch and Tomatoes. It serves as a great add on to any traditional Indian meal.
Red Chutney Preparation Time: 30 MInutes
Serves: 2 Persons
3 Red Tomatoes
½ Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
¼ Teaspoon Sugar
Salt to taste
Boil the Tomatoes with the Onion till tender. Pass it through a sieve. Then add the rest of the Ingredients and cook till thick. The Chutney is ready.
