This is a Recipe for preparing at home Cheese and Dal Burger. This is a Burger preparation with a traditional Indian flavor and spicy taste.
Ingredients
1 Cup Chana Dal (soaked for few hours)
½ Cup Grated Cheese
½ Cup grated Panner
1 Onion finely chopped
2 Green Chili finely cut
Salt and Pepper to taste
Few Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Salad for decoration
Preparation
Grind Chana Dal to a smooth paste. Mix it with rest of the Ingredients. Give the shape of round cutlet and shallow fry both sides in hot oil. Cut the Burger in to two halves. Put a lettuce leave, Dal Cutlet, Onion rings, Tomato rounds. Insert tooth pick and cover with paper napkin. Serve with green Dhania Chutney.
