Recipe for Minty Kheema Burger

This is a Recipe for preparing at home Fast Food Restaurant Style Minty Kheema Burger. Ths Burger having the blend of Kheema and Pudina leaves is a tasty and delicious treat; especially for Kheema lovers.

½ Kg Mince Meat
2 Table spoon Mint leaves
½ Cup finely chopped Coriander leaves
½ Cup finely chopped Onion
2 Cup roasted Potatoes
Dry Bread crumbs to roll the cutlet
1 Tea spoon each Salt, Red Chili powder, Garam Masala powder

Cook the mince meat with 1 cup of Water. Dry fully. Add Coriander leaves, Onion, Mint Leaves and seasoning.
Take mashed Potatoes in your palm. Add a little salt to it. Mix well. Divide Potatoes and mince meat into equal portions. Put the mince meat into washed Potato. Roll in dry Bread crumbs. Give round shape and shallow fry in hot Oil till done. Cut the Burger in to halves. Decorate the Burger as per your desire. You can add mayonnaise with cabbage and French fries to go well with this Burger.
