This is a Recipe for Spicy Spinach Burger. An Indian style Burger recipe; especially for the lovers of spinach.
Ingredients
1 Bunch Spinach Leaves
1 Bunch Coriander leaves
1 Cup Moong Dal and Urad Dal Paste
2 Onion finely chopped
2 Tea spoon each Salt, Red Chili powder and black Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Preparation
Cut the Spinach leaves finely and wash it. Steam over a pan of water. Chop and clean Coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients. Shape into round cutlets. Roll in Breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot Oil till golden in color. Prepare the burger with good salad and Cabbage with Mayonnaise.
