This is an very easy and simple recipe for preparing Anda or fried rice at home.
2 to 3 cups boiled rice
1 finely cut onion
2 to 3 green chilies
1 tablespoon oil
Salt as required
When the boiled rice has cooled down crack open the egg into it and mix well and add the salt.
Then heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion and chilies and fry till golden brown.
Then add the rice and let it fry it for about 5 minute; the rice becomes ready when it starts changing color to become slightly pink.
