This is a simple and easy to understand recipe to make at home tasty and delicious Egg or Anda Mushroom Omelette. This is another one of my easy Omelette preparations, which makes the use of Fresh Mushrooms to add flavor to the usual plain Omelettle.
Prepration Time- 15 Minutes
Serves – 1 Person
3 to 4 mushroom [medium sized]
Tomato if you fancy [not required]
Salt as per taste
First beat the eggs vigorously until they puff up.
Then add all the ingredients into the beaten eggs; except the Mushroom.
Put the oil all over the frying pan and then pour the egg mixture into the pan so that it is spread over evenly.
Then immediately add the chopped mushroom all over the omelette.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney,
