This is a Recipe for Rawa Pulao This dish is prepared for Break fast.
200 Gram Wheat Rawa (thick) or Daliya
1” Ginger Piece
1 Cup Green Peas
3-4 Green Chilies (cut in small pieces)
Raw Garam Masala (1/4 Tea spoon Sahajeera, 4-5 Black Pepper, 1 Tejpatta)
½ Cup Coriander
¼ Cup Coconut
Salt to taste
1 Big Tomato (cut in small pieces)
1 Table spoon Ghee
Heat the Oil in a Pan. Then add Garam Masala and Wheat Rawa or Daliya and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add Green Chilies, Ginger, Green Peas Tomato and Salt and put enough water for cooking and cover with a lid & put some water on the lid. Put on a slow sim. While serving decorate with Coriander & coconut .
