Delicious recipe for Cheese Eggs

This is a recipe preparing at home crisp and delicious Cheese Eggs or Fried Cheese-Anda Balls. These Cheese Eggs are fried golden brown by dipping them in a Cheese based batter.
The Fried Cheese-Balls can be served as a Starters dish or as a part of the main course meal.

Preparation Time- 60 Minutes
Serves- 4 Persons

Four boiled eggs
Two raw eggs
1 Cup Cheese (shredded)
2 tablespoon Maida
Little bit of milk
Salt, Pepper powder as per taste
One-Cup Bread crumbs to roll the Eggs
Oil for Frying the Eggs

Mix the Cheese, Salt and Black Pepper Powder as per taste, a little bit of Milk and Maida to make dough.
Then add 1 raw egg into a dough and mix nicely to prepare the batter
Then take the boiled eggs and cut each Egg into 2 or 4 parts.
Put these eggs into the batter.
Then beat 1 raw Egg.
Dip the eggs in to the beaten Egg batter.
Then roll the eggs over the breadcrumbs.
Heat the Oil in a Kadai and deep-fry the Eggs until its color changes into the golden brown.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
