Recipe for Watermelon Sherbet

This is a Recipe for Watermelon Sherbet. A Fruity thirst quencher in summer.

½ Watermelon
2 Cups Sugar
1 Orange
Juice of Lemon
A few springs of mint leaves
Salt to taste

Peel and deseed the watermelon. Cut one slice into 1 cm. cubes and cut the rest of the watermelon into large pieces. Extract Orange juice. Put the large watermelon pieces, Sugar and Salt in a mixer. Add a few Ice cubes and whisk for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the mixer. Add Orangejuice, Watermelon juice and Lime juice.
