Recipe for Vegetables and Noodles

This is a Recipe for Vegetables and Noodles. A Chinese dish with universal popularity.

200 Grams Cabbage
200 Grams Onion
150 Grams Carrot
100 Grams Capsicum
150 Grams French Beans
200 Grams boiled Noodles
½ Tea spoon Ajinomoto powder
1 Tea spoon Soya Sauce
4 Table spoon Oil
Salt to taste

Cut all the Vegetables in long thin strips. Heat little Oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and Ajinomoto. Cook on a high flame for 4-5 min. For better flour fry all vegetables separately. Boil the Noodles. While boiling, add Salt and little Oil, when they are cooked drain in the water and hold them under cold running water for few seconds to make the Noodles separate. Mix the boiled Noodles, cooked Vegetables, Soya Sauce, Salt and cook for skin. Serve hot with Chili Sauce and Chili in Vinegar.
