Recipe for Egg Omelette

This is a most simple recipe for preparing Egg Omelette. The Ande Ka Omelette is a very common and popular dish; tastes that much better if prepared properly. I hope this article helps new homemakers get it right.

2 Eggs
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
½ Table spoon oil for frying

Beat Eggs well with a fork or a whisk until yolks and whites are thoroughly combined and no streaks of whites can be seen. Heat the pan, Wipe thoroughly with a clean cloth. Add the Oil. When Oil is heat ten add Egg mixture, moving the mixture continuously with a fork until lightly set. Remove from the heat. Fold the mixture over into half at right angles to the handle. Gently lift out and serve in the centre of a flat silver dish. Neaten shape if necessary and serve immediately.
