Step by step recipe for Cream of Mushroom Soup

This is a step by step recipe for preparing at home the famous restaurant Style Cream of Mushroom Soup. I have tried to make the preparation method as simple as possible.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

250 grams mushrooms
2 big spoons small pieces of onions
2 big spoons butter
2 big spoons maida
2 big cups chicken stock
½ cup fresh cream
½ spoon salt
¼ spoon pepper powder
A pinch of nutmeg powder

Make thin slices of mushrooms and after that cut them into small pieces.
Then fry the mushrooms and the onion pieces in a little bit of butter.
Then add the maida and mix well.
Then add the chicken stock to it.
Boil the Soup till it becomes thick. After it boils take it of the fire and add the cream, salt and pepper powder.
Serve hot.
