Recipe for Chinese Omelette

This is a Recipe for Chinese Omelette. A unique Chinese recipe. So enjoy the eating experience.

6 Eggs
5 Stalks Spring Onion chopped
A few Mushrooms
250 grams cooked Prawns
1 inch piece Ginger
Salt to taste
1 Table spoon Soya sauce
Oil for frying

Heat a little Oil and sauté finely chopped mushroom, ginger and spring onion. Add Prawn. Beat lightly the Egg and Soya sauce and Salt. Add prepared mixture. Heat a little more Oil. Add enough mixture to prepare an Omelette. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Repeat the process with remaining mixture.
