Recipe for Vegetable Chaat and Green Chutney

This is a Recipe for Vegetable Chaat. Those words has made your mouth water if you are a lover Indian fast food.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

2 Potatoes
1 Cup Peas (shelled)
½ Cup Corn (shelled)
1 Beetroot
1 Cup Moong spout + 1 Cup boiled Grain dal.

For Green Chutney
1 Cup Coriander leaves
½ Cup Mint Leaves
5 Green Chilies
3” Piece Ginger
½ Lime
1 Table spoon Cumin Powder
Salt to taste

Dry Masala: Chaat Masala according to taste.½ Tea spoon Red chili powder (optional)

Boil Potatoes, Peas, Corn, Beetroot. Cut in small pieces, add Moong Dal spourts,.Grind ingredients for green chutney, add dry Masala and Green Chutney to the above mixture, Decorate with Gram sev.
