Recipe for Macaroni Chaat

This is a Recipe for preparing unique Macaroni Chaat.This is a special Chaat which makes use of Macaroni; this Indian fast food has an unique flavor and taste.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

1 Cup Macaroni (boiled)
2 Cups mixed Vegetables (chopped), Peas, Beans, Carrots (and Boiled)
1 Large Onion (chopped finely)
¼ Bunch Coriander leaves (Chopped)
Juice of 1 Lemon (1 Tea spoon roasted Cumin seed powder)
3 Table spoon desiccated Coconut powder
3 Green Chilies
2 Table spoon Oil
Sal to taste

Boil Macaroni in Salted water, Brown Onion, heat a pan, put 2 Table spoon Oil for frying Onion till brown and crisp.
In a mixer grind Coriander leaves, Coconut, Green Chilies, and Salt.
In a bowl put Macaroni, green chutney, Chaat masala, roasted cumin seed powder, Vegetables. Onion, Decorate with Crushed Potato wafers.
