Simple Recipe for Stuffed Kheema Toast

This is a Simple and easy to follow Recipe for preparing at home Restaurant Style Stuffed Kheema Toast. A tasty and mouth watering preparation of spicy Minced Meat stuffed inside Bread Slices.
The Kheema Toast makes a great packed meals item, which can also be served during any kinds of meals, including parties.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

8 Slices Bread
200 Gram Kheema
1 Tea spoon Coriander powder
½ Tea spoon Turmeric
Salt to taste
Water as required
Onion cut in to 2 pieces
4 Green Chilies
½ Tea spoon Ginger shredded
½ Tea spoon Coriander leaves cut finely
Oil & Butter
2 Eggs

Add Coriander powder, Turmeric, Salt and water to Kheema and cook. Season with Onion, Green Chilies and Ginger. Add Coriander leaves. Make 4 Sandwiches with this filling. Cut them diagonally, Dip in Beaten Egg and Toast in a toaster lined with Butter.
