This is a very simple and easy to follow Recipe for making at home sweet and delicious Pancakes with Chocolate Sauce, especially as a snack or tiffin box item for school going children.

Preparation Time: 25 Minutes
Serves: 4-5 Persons
For the Pancakes
2 Cups Refined Flour (Maida)
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 ½ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
For the Chocolate Sauce
1 Cup Soya Cream
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Compound (shredded)
1 Tablespoon Butter
For the Pancakes: Mix nicely the Refined Flour, beaten Eggs, Milk, Sugar, Vanilla Essence and a tablespoon Oil. Then add the Baking Powder to the mixture and mix it well and keep it aside for 4-5 minutes.
For the Chocolate sauce: Mix the Soya Cream, dark Chocolate and Butter and cook this mixture for 2 minutes on a slow flame.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with the Oil and pour one forth cup of the pancake mixture over the pan and spread it evenly over the pan. Add a teaspoon of Oil from the sides of pancakes. And roast the Pancake from both sides until the color changes into light brown.
Serve hot and while serving pour the Chocolate Sauce over the Pancake.
