This is a simple and easy to follow Recipe for making at home Chakli Bhajani for preparing authentic Maharashrian Khamang or crispy, tasty and spicy Chakli for Diwali Faral.

Preparation Time: 60 Minutes
Serves: 1 KG 200 Gram

Ingredients
4 Cups Rice
2 Cups Chana Dal
1 Cup Urad Dal
1 Cup Sabudana (Sago)
1 Cup Mung Dal
1 Cup Rice Flakes (Poha)
½ Cup Coriander Seeds
¼ Cup Cumin Seeds

Preparation
First wash the Rice, Chana Dal, Urad Dal and Mung Dal separately and then spread them over a cloth for 2-3 hours.

Then, roast them separately on a slow flame until they become dry. After roasting, keep them for cooling.

Roast the Sabudana, Rice flakes, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds separately on a slow flame.

Mix the Rice, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Mung Dal, Sabudana, Rice Flakes, Coriander Seeds and Cumin Seeds.

Then grind the Bhajani into thin Powder.
