This is a simple step-by-step recipe for making Khajoor Ladoo, which are rich in Vitamins “A” “B” and “C’ and iron, calcium and copper.
Khajoor is extremely beneficial for increasing the overall health, strength and vitality of the body and enhancing resistance power against disease in the body.
These Khajoor Ladoos are also beneficial for people who are trying to increase their weight. They are good for the heart, digestion and useful in removing weakness and lack of energy.

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 10 Ladoo
1 Cup Khajur Seedless (Dates)
1 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
2 Tablespoon Desiccated Coconut
15 Almonds (crushed)
½ Tablespoon Ghee
First crush the Khajur in a mixer and then keep it aside.
Crush the Almonds in the mixer.
Slightly dry roast the Poppy Seeds and the Desiccated Coconut.
Heat the Ghee in a Kadai and then add the crushed Khajur and saute for 2 minutes on a slow sim.
Then add the roasted Desiccated Coconut, Almonds and Poppy Seeds and mix it well.
Remove the Kadai from the flame and keep it aside for 4-5 minutes for cooling.
After the mixture cools down, prepare small size round Ladoos and then store them in a stainless steel container.
