Recipe for Preparing Simple Salmon Salad

This is a simple to understand and basic recipe to prepare at home up market restaurant style Salmon Salad. This is a rich and delicious seafood salad, which is suitable for most kinds of parties. Shrimp or Tuna can be used instead of the Salmon for preparing the Salad.

Preparation time- 30 Minutes Maximum
Serves- 4 persons

1 Pound Canned Salmon of Medium Sized Cubes
Mayonnaise Sauce as per requirement and liking – To prepare simple Mayonnaise Sauce at home- see this- Preparation Method
Two teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
Two Hard Boiled Eggs
½ Cup Finely Chopped Sweet Pickle- any variety of Sweet Pickle can be used Or Cubed Tomatoes
½ Cup Celery or Cucumber or Shredded Cabbage
Salt as per taste and requirement

Flake the Salmon properly and keep aside.
Dice the Eggs and keep aside.
Dice the Celery or Cucumber or Shred the Cabbage and keep aside.
Mix the Flaked Salmon pieces with the Diced Eggs, Salt as per taste, Diced Sweet Pickle or Cubed Tomatoes and Diced Celery or Cucumber or the Shredded Cabbage.
Add sufficient quantity of Mayonnaise Sauce to moisten the Salad.
