Recipe for Mayonnaise Sauce [ long duration ]

This is a recipe for preparing at home delicious and tasty Mayonnaise Sauce which can be kept for a long duration of time.

This Mayonnaise Sauce comes in handy while preparing most kinds of Sandwiches, Burgers or Salads to give them that extra rich flavor.

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

2 Egg Yolks
Salt and Mustard as per taste
A pinch of White Pepper
A pinch of Sugar
4 table spoons Salad Oil
1 tea spoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 table spoon Vinegar

Mix nicely the egg yolks, salt, mustard, white pepper and sugar and stir briskly.
The add the salad oil by drops and keep on stirring.
Then add the fresh lime juice and stir.
Milk or cream can be added for taste before serving. If no fresh lime is available then you can replace it with the vinegar.
