Recipe for Black Raisin Chutney

This is a Recipe for making at home rich and tasty Black Raisin Chutney a most popular sweet and sour Chutney, known in Hindi as Kale Kismis ki Chutney, which is also suitable as an add-on to the main course of any party meal.

Black Raisin Chutney Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
1 Cup Black Raisins (seeded)
2 Table spoon Raisin (chopped)
1 Table spoon Red Chili Powder
1 Table spoon Cumin Seeds
(Powdered and roasted)
10 Mint Leaves
2 Table spoon Jaggery
3 Table spoon Lemon Juice
1 Tea spoon Salt

Preparation
Wash and soak Black Raisins in half a cup of like warm Water for an hour. Make Chutney in a mixer with rest of the Ingredients except the Raisins. Add chopped Raisins and keep for at least half an hour before serving.
