Baked Palak Paneer Tikka

This is a Recipe for Baked Palak Paneer Tikka, a popular and in demand Paneer snack for Kitty and Cocktail parties.

Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

250 Gram Paneer Pieces
¼ Cup Palak (spinach) Paste
3 Green Chilies (minced)
3 Tablespoon Curd
½ Tea spoon Cumin Seeds (roasted and powdered)
¼ Teaspoon Black Salt
¼ Teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Tablespoon Ghee or Oil
Few slice of Onion
Few slices of Lemon
Salt as per taste

Mix the Palak paste, green Chilies, Curd, Ghee and Spices together. Marinate Paneer Pieces in it for two hours.
Arrange the pieces on a greased baking tray. Bake at 200 c in a moderate oven until dry. Turn pieces upside down when half cooked. Make them light brown. Serve hot with Onion rings and lemon slices.
