Spicy Indian Style Mutton Hamburgers

This is a Recipe for Spicy Mutton Hamburgers prepared to suit Indian taste buds by adding some favoutive Indian spices and Garam Masala.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

Ingredients
½ Kg Mutton
1 Tea spoon Chili Powder
1 Table spoon crushed raw Papaya
½ Tea spoon Garam Masala
½ Tea spoon Caraway seeds Powder (Sahajeera)
¼ Tea spoon Nutmeg Powder
1 Tea spoon dry Methi leaves (roasted) or Kasuri Methi
2 Tea spoon Cornflour or Besan
1 Tea spoon Poppy Seeds (powder)
2 Tea spoon Cashew nuts Powder
¼ Tea spoon Red Color Powder
1 Tea spoon Ginger (crushed)
1 Tea spoon Garlic (crushed)
1 Egg Yolk
1 Table spoon each Onion, Green Chili, Coriander (crushed)
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Preparation
Remove the bones, fat and skin from Meat. Cut in to ½” to 2” size pieces and keep in Refrigerator for about ½ hour. Put the Meat Cubed into the jar and run mixer at speed 1 for a minute. Add raw Papaya to minced Meat and leave for ½ hour. Add all ingredients except Egg to the minced Meat mixture, and then make into a fine paste by running mixer for a minute. Add Egg yolk and mix it well.
Then keep the mixture into the refrigerator for a hour. Remove from refrigerator and divide mixture into six portions. Shape portions into flat rounds and shallow fry on a slow flame.
Serve hot, each portion Sandwiched between two halves of a round Bun.
