Recipe for Tomato-Apple Chutney

This is a Recipe for making at homeTomato-Apple Chutney or Tamatar-Seb Ki Chutney as it is called in Hindi. Try this Chutney; it different and will be a great add on to your meal or in your tiffin box.

Tomato-Apple Chutney Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 6 Persons

4 Tomatoes (cut in medium size pieces)
3 Medium size Apple (peal and cut in medium size pieces)
4 Petals of Garlic
1 Cup Sugar
¼ Tea spoon Mustard
2 Small Onion (cut in thin round slices)
Salt to taste

Prepare a paste of Garlic and Mustard. Heat a frying pan and then add Tomatoes, Apple, Garlic- Mustard paste, Onion, Sugar and Salt and then mix it well and cook till it becomes a thick mixture.
The Chutneyis ready!
