Recipe for Amabyachi Vadi

This is a Recipe for making at home sweet and tasty Amabyachi Vadi. A typical traditional Maharashtrian sweet dish preparation using Mango Pulp.

The preparation method for making this delicious Mango Burfi given by me is very simple, basic and not time consuming.

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
Serves: 30-35 Vadi

¼ Kg Mango Pulp
½ Kg Sugar
1 Cup Coconut (Shredded)
2 Tea spoon Ghee

In a Kadhai take Mango pulp, Sugar and Coconut, mix it well and stir till it turns into a thick mixture. And then spread the Ghee on a plate and then put the mixture over it and spread with a Katori. Then cut into any size and shape. The Vadi is ready!
