Simple recipe for Chicken Achari

This is a Recipe for Chicken Achari. This is chicken dish with the flavor of a pickle; uses pickle masala. The recipe is easy and simple to prepare.

1 Kg ChickenPieces (Dip fry in the oil till cooked)
2 Tea spoon Ginger pieces
1 Tea spoon Garlic pieces
3 Eggs (boiled)
1 Tea spoon Salt
1 Cup Oil
1 Tea spoon Mustard
6 Tea spoon Raw Mango Pickle Masala
1 Lemon juice
1 Cup Coriander (chopped)

Heat the Oil in a Kadhai after that add Mustard, Ginger, Garlic pieces, Chicken, Salt, Lemon, Pickle Masala and Coriander. Then mix it well and keep aside for 1 hour.
Serve with Paratha.
