I was recently requested to write a review of the packed Tiffin meal provided by Bhojantime.com; an catering service in Pune.
The meal arrived sharp at around 8 PM as assured, packed in a disposable tray with aluminum foil paper.
The meal provided was a Non- Vegetarian out of the three choices; the other two being Vegetarian and Egg variants.
Now the meal –
Kashmiri Chicken Curry
Dum Aloo
Kali Daal
Veg Pulao
Paratha
The Kashmiri Chicken was spicy and with the distinct flavor of Kashmiri Masala, it was tasty and well prepared.
The Dum Aloo was prepared using a white masala with small potatoes with their jackets on; this is an excellent method of preserving the inherent nutrients present in the potato, it tasted good.
The Kali Dal also tasted good.
The Veg Pulao was prepared using good quality rice and had a nice and aromatic spicy flavor.
The Parathas were soft and well prepared.
The site has a user friendly interface displaying the menus and rates. Going by the rates given on the site and the quality of food I tasted, I would rate this meal as excellent value for money, fresh and hygienic.
