This is a Recipe for preparing Sitaphal Ice Cream [ Custard Apple Ice Cream ] at home. This ice-cream has the blended flavor of custard apples and condensed milk and is delicious, smooth, free from ice crystals and tasty.
Sitaphal Ice Cream Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Refrigerate Time: 4-5 Hours
Serves: 4-5 Persons
1 ½ Cup Sitaphal (Custard Apples)
(Pulp without Seeds)
500 Gram Condensed Milk
2 Cups Milk
Aluminum Tin for setting Ice Cream
Mix together one cup of the Custard Apple pulp and Milk and blend in a liquidizer. Add Cream and blend again for five minutes/ Pour the mixture in aluminum tin. Cover it and refrigerate… Increase the thermostat to cold position when Ice Cream has semi-set defreeze and beat on a bed of Ice Cubs with a hand beater for 10 minutes. Mix in the remaining Custard Apple and refrigerate. Serve when set.
