2 Cups cooked meat. Cut into small pieces
½ Cup sprouts
1 Cup Mushrooms
1 Onion chopped
½ Tea spoon pepper
Salt to taste
Beat Eggs lightly and add all the ingredients. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour one fourth of the Egg mixture and fry over low heat till golden brown. Turn carefully and fry the other side. Repeat this process till the Egg mixture is used.
