½ Liter Milk
8 Table spoon Sugar
1 Pinch of CMC [Carboxy Methyl Cellulose] powder
4 Tea spoon GMS [Glycerol Monostearate] powder
4 Tea spoon Corn flour powder
½ Cup Fresh Cream
1 Cup Fresh Mango Juice
1 Pinch Yellow Color
In the ½ Liter Milk mix the above Ingredients. (Except Cream, Mango Juice & Color After that cook on a slow sim for 10-15 minutes.
When it will cool, add Cream Mango Juice & color and then grind in a juicer and keep in a Plastic container with a tight lid. Then keep in a deep freezer for 7-8 hours
