½ Liter Milk
8 Table spoon Sugar
1 Pinch of CMC [Carboxy Methyl Cellulose] powder
4 Tea spoon GMS [Glycerol Monostearate] powder
4 Tea spoon Corn flour powder
½ Cup Fresh Cream
1 Tea spoon Vanilla Essence
In the ½ Liter Milk mix all of the above Ingredients. After that boil on slow sim for 10-15 minutes.
When it cools, keep in a Plastic container and cover with tight lid. Then keep the container in a deep freezer for 7-8 hours
