This is a most simple and easy to follow recipe for preparing at home Anda or Egg Pudding; does not take much time and effort. This is an easy to prepare Dessert recipe using eggs, which blends the taste of Eggs with that of Mawa and Almonds-Cashew-nuts.
Preparation Time- 60 Minutes
Serves – 4 Persons
¾ Cup Mawa – Whole dried Milk
¾ Cup Milk
100 Gram Sugar
Cashew nut and Almond powder as per need and taste
Few drops Vanilla Essence
Caramelise a little Sugar in a Jelly mound and set aside.
Mix all Ingredients and blend well.
Pour the mixture on the Caramelised Sugar in the jelly mould. Cover the mould and seal.
Cook in a double boiler for 40-50 minutes. Cool, remove and decorate with cashew nuts and almonds
