Step by step Recipe for Egg Nargisi Kofta

This is simple and easy to understand step by step Recipe for making at home spicy and delicious Restaurant or Dhaba Style Mughlai Egg Nargisi Kofta.
This is a famous, popular and authentic Mughlai recipe for Egg Gravy, which is suitable for most meals, including party meals. Tastes equally great with Chapati, Roti, Puri or Plain Rice

Nargasi Kofta Preparation Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 4 Persons

5 Eggs
2-3 slices of Bread
2 Peeled Tomatoes
1 Mashed green Chilli
1 Mashed Onion
Coriander leaves
½ Tea spoon Garam Masala
1 Tea spoon Chilly powder
1 Table spoon Ghee
Salt and Pepper

Boil the Eggs and shell them.
Cut them lengthwise and remove the yolks.
Soak the Bread in water for a few minutes and squeeze to remove all the water.
Mix the Bread with the Egg yolks and add melted Ghee.
Also mix finely chopped Onion, Coriander leaves, green Chilli, Red Chilli powder and Salt. Mix well.
Replace the Egg yolks with this mixture in Egg white.

Fry Onion paste in Ghee till golden brown.
Add one Tea spoon Ginger and Garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
Add two Tomatoes puree and stir till the oil leaves sides of the pan. A
dd Garam Masala, Chilly powder, Salt one Tea spoon Curd, One Tea spoon Cream and water as required.
Cook for five minutes.

While serving, keep the koftas (stuffed Eggs) in a dish and pour gravy over them. Sprinkle Coriander leaves and decorate.
