Recipe for Stuffed Puri

This is a Recipe for preparing Stuffed Puri using a delicious stuffing prepared using Potato as the main ingredient. This Puri called Aloo Bhari Puri or Aloo Ki Puri in Hindi is a very tasty snack or breakfast dish.

4 to 5 Potatoes
250 Grams Corn flour
2 Table spoon Curd
2 Cucumber chopped
4 to 6 Chilies
1 Table spoon sesame (til)
Masala (copra, groundnut, jeera fried together)
Salt to taste
Oil or Ghee to fry

Make dough with the Potatoes (boiled), Corn flour and Salt and Curd and keep aside. Mix finely chopped Cucumber, Chilies til and Masala and Salt to taste and keep ready, Make small puries out of the dough and fill in the above mixture, Seal their ends and fry in Oil or Ghee.
