Recipe for Masala Katori

This is a Recipe for preparing at home crispy and tasty Masala Katori.  Katori means Cup in Hindi and this snack is a Maida Cup with the filling of Mashed Potatoes. The Masala Katori can also be served as a welcome add on during the main course meals.
The preparation method given by me is simple and easy to follow and is not time consuming.

Ingredients
250 Grams Maida
4 to 5 boiled Potatoes
5 to 6 Chilies finely chopped
2 Table spoon chopped Coriander
Salt to taste
Ghee or Oil for frying

Preparation
Sieve Maida with a pinch of salt and soda bicarbonate, Make stiff dough and keep aside.
For the filling
Mash the Potatoes; add finely chopped chilies, coriander and Salt. Make katoris out of Maida paste and fill in the above mixture and fry till brown.
Serve hot with Chutney
