Recipe for Egg Parathas – 2

This is another recipe for the popular Egg Paratha [Ande Ka Paratha]. A popular Eggs dish amongst kids and adults alike; can be given as packed lunch in Tiffin boxes. This Egg Paratha recipe id slightly diriment from the one published earlier.

4 eggs
4 katori wheat flour
A bunch of coriander leaves
2 tea spoon red chili powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

Firstly break open the eggs and beat them thoroughly. Then add the beaten eggs to the flour.
Then add the salt, chili powder and the coriander leaves and knead all this together to make dough.
Then roll out the dough into parathas as is normally done.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce and butter.
