Recipe for Tomato Paratha

This is a most simple Recipe for preparing at home crispy and delicious Tamatar or Tomato Ka Paratha. A different kind of Paratha recipe using a Tomato based stuffing to add Tomato flavor to the Paratha.

Tomato Paratha Preparation Time: 40 Minutes
serves: 8 Parathas

3 Cup Wheat flour
1 Cup Maida
1 Onion (shredded)
6 Green Chilies (grind)
3 Big size Tomatoes
1 Tea spoon Jeera powder
5 Tea spoon Oil
Ghee for Paratha
Salt to taste

First cut the Tomatoes & grind them to a paste.. Then add to the Tomato paste the Onion, Chilies, Salt, Jeera powder, and hot Oil, Maida & Wheat flour. Then make a dough. After that make small Parathas & fry with Ghee. Serve hot.
