This is a delicious recipe for Chicken Kebab. These Kebabs can be eaten along with Parathasand onion rings.
1 kg chicken [cut into large pieces]
2 medium sized onions
3 cloves garlic
8 tablespoons yogurt
½ teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ tablespoon vinegar
Salt as required
Butter for basting
Firstly grind the onions, garlic, cloves and peppercorns to make a paste.
Then put the yogurt in a large utensil and mix the grounded paste into it nicely. Then mix the ginger powder, chili powder, salt and vinegaer into this mixture and mix well.
Then prick the chicken pieces with a fork and rub in the yogurt mixture and then let the chicken marinate in the yogurt mixture for about 2 hours.
Then put in the microwave baste the pieces with butter and let it cook on the Grill Mode for 15 to 20 minutes or till tender.
