Recipe for Puris

This is a step by step recipe for preparing Puri. The Puri is a very popular multipurpose dish, which can be served for breakfast, snacks, the main course and even for all kinds of parties. It goes nicely with any kind of gravy or vegetable preparation.
The Puri recipe given by me is simple and make the Puri preparation as easy as possible.

3 Cups Wheat Floor
1 Tea spoon Salt
1 Table Spoon hot Oil
1 Tea spoon Sugar

First take Wheat floor and then add Salt & 1 table spoon hot Oil, sugar and mix it well. After that knead the mixture to make a thick Dough and keep aside for 30 minutes. After that make small lemon size balls. Then roll small round Puris.
Heat the Oil in Kadhai and deep fry the Puris till color changes to Golden Yellow. Serve Hot.
