Recipe for Carrot Puri

This is a recipe for preparing Carrot Puri. The Gajarachi Puri, whcich uses Carrot Stuffing is an authentic Indian dish which can be served for breakfast as well as for the main course.

4 Big size Carrot (boil and Mash to make a thick paste)
1 Tea spoon Red Chili powder
¼ Tea spoon Hing
¼ Tea spoon Jeera powder
¼ Tea spoon Til
3 Cup Wheat Floor
Salt to taste

First take Wheat Ata and then add Carrot paste, Red Chili powder, Hing, Jeera powder, Til & Salt.
And then make thick dough and keep aside for 10 – 15 minutes.
Make small balls and roll them to make small and round Puris,
Deep fry the Puris till color change in to a nice shade of golden yellow.
